In 1985, Gerald was appointed Vice President in the estimating department, where his responsibilities included pricing and bidding projects in Texas and various other states.</p>
<p>In 2006, Gerald stepped into the role of President and owner. During his tenure of leadership, Gerald has compiled an impressive team of talent and greatly expanded Winco&#8217;s operations. Passionate about building with integrity and building a loyal client base, Gerald strives to inspire his managers, field personnel and staff to consistently produce a team effort that delivers excellent results. With his determined focus on growth strategies and customer satisfaction, Gerald has helped to secure Winco&#8217;s solid reputation as one of Houston&#8217;s leading masonry firms.</p>
<p>With tremendous pride in his profession, Gerald has dedicated his energy to promoting Winco and the masonry industry as a whole, lending his enthusiasm and knowledge to numerous industry organizations. Among his many professional affiliations, Gerald is involved with the Texas Masonry Council (TMC) and the Associated Masonry Contractors of Houston (AMCH), serving as Vice President of the AMCH from 1994-1995, followed by his role as President of the organization from 1995-1996.</p>

<p>As a dedicated and proactive member of the masonry industry, Adrian devotes his time to professional growth and to developing and modernizing bid techniques and computer technologies. Employing a highly developed management style combined with an unparalleled attention to detail and organization, Jason is adept at coordinating and supervising multiple projects from the conceptual stage through the final completion.</p>
<p>Delivering exceptional results on each of his projects, Jason&#8217;s commendable portfolio includes: Cy Fair High School, Katy High School and Clear Creek ISD&#8217;s Education Village—a uniquely designed 144 acre campus that brings together a comprehensive high school, intermediate school and elementary school on a single site.</p>
<p>In addition to his impressive work credentials and merits, Jason has also demonstrated a dedication to industry leadership through his participation in the Associated Masonry Contractors of Houston (AMCH). In this capacity, Jason has served as Vice President of the AMCH from 2006-2008, followed by his term as President from 2008-2010, and currently serves on the Board of Directors as a Contractor Representative.</p>
